Return Policy

Our mission is to make products that are as unique and significant as you are. 

No returns of refunds are allowed on any items as they are unique and one of a kind, except for flaws of intricate workmanship are found - as long as the tags, packaging and items are intact. This applied to any product delivered with defects in craftsmanship. This should be notified within 7 days from receipt of item.

Upon notification  the items must be sent at the customer expense in its original condition, and all tags and packaging needs to be in pristine condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection on your refund. If you are approved for a refund, then the amount will be applied to your card or original method of payment. Kindly allow a period of up to 14 days to process the refund.
